Shipping And Handling
All orders over the value of £100.00 or more including VAT are sent to Great Britain mainland free. Orders of less than £100.00 Inc. VAT will incur a £8.00 delivery charge plus VAT.
You will be advised of delivery after placing your order. Our usual hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00 pm. Once the goods are dispatched you will be notified and in most cases given our carriers tracking number to follow the progress of your order.
All stock orders are dispatched on a 'next working day' basis
Returns Policy
D C Lighting has a 7-day returns policy for all products on our website. You must inform us in writing (by fax: 01235 511004 or e-mail: sales@dclighting.co.uk) within 7 days of receipt of your order (the date of delivery will be recorded by our carriers) that you wish to return goods or if you have any damages, faults or shortages. D C Lighting can not accept responsibility after this period.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all other associated components sent with them i.e lamps. Also enclose proof of purchase.
Goods should not have been installed, modified or used in any way and should be in an undamaged condition.
For unwanted items the cost of carriage incurred for sending the goods out will be deducted from the refund and the customer is responsible for any return carriage.
D C Lighting has the right to make a 25% handling and restocking charge. You will be refunded shortly after the goods has been received back from you and when the goods have been inspected to make sure the goods are in the condition they were sent in and all components and packaging is all intact.
We have the right to refuse refunds for failure to meet the above criteria

Price Beater
If you do find a product cheaper elsewhere we will beat any price. We reserve the right to refuse any offer, the product must be proven to be exactly the same model and make. The price must also be proven, please fill in the

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. In line with regulations there is no VAT charge for orders originating from the Channel Isles. The correct VAT will be calculated at checkout.
